GB 19865 which became into effect on October 1, 2006 was adopting IEC 62115:2003 and it’s Amendment A1:2004 (IDT). GB 19865-2005 substituted the annex A.A to GB 6675-2003 with regard to the requirements of electric toys.

As to EMC, the electric toys should comply with the series of standards of GB 4343 and GB 17625; and radio-control toys should comply with Technical requirements of Micro power (short distance) radio equipment.

GB 4343 includes two standards:
GB 4343.1-2009 Electromagnetic compatibility - Requirements for household appliances, electric tools and similar apparatus - Part 1: Emission;
GB 4343.2-2009 Electromagnetic compatibility - Requirements for household appliances, electric tools and similar apparatus - Part 2: Immunity - Product family standard.

GB 17625 includes six standards:
GB 17625.1-2003 Electromagnetic compatibility limits for harmonic current emissions (equipment input current ≤ 16A per phase) ;
GB 17625.2-2007 Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)—Limits—Limitation of voltage changes, voltage fluctuations and flicker in public low-voltage supply systems, for equipment with rated current ≤16 A per phase and not subject to conditional connection;
GB/Z 17625.3-2000 Electromagnetic compatibility-Limits-Limitation of voltage fluctuations and flicker in low-voltage power supply systems for equipment with rated current greater than 16A;
GB/Z 17625.4-2000 Electromagnetic compatibility-Limits-Assessment of emission limits for distorting loads in MV and HV power systems;
GB/Z 17625.5-2000 Electromagnetic compatibility-Limits-Assessment of emission limits for fluctuating loads in MV and HV power systems;
GB/Z 17625.6-2003 Electromagnetic compatibility-Limits-Limitation of emission of harmonic currents in low-voltage power supply systems for equipment with rated current greater than 16A.
