According to the requirement of the Regulations for Compulsory Product Certification, all products included in the compulsory safety certification（abbreviated for CCC or 3C）system and sold in Chinese market should pass the safe certification，and affix CCC mark.

Implementation Rule for Lighting Equipment is CNCA-01C-022:2007. This rule applies to recessed luminaries, fixed luminaries and portable luminaries which the voltage is 36 V above and 1000 V below. The rule also applies to ballasts for fluorescent lamp, ballasts for discharge lamp（exc1. fluorescent lamps）and A.C. supplied electronic ballasts for fluorescent lamps which the voltage is not more than 1000 V. In addition, the rule also provides the test standards of safety and EMC for lighting equipment.
