应 加拿大 代表团的要求， 发送 2019-09-30 如下信息：
非洲猪瘟二级控制区相关条件实施令
加拿大食品检验局(CFIA)对选择确认存在非洲猪瘟(ASF)潜在问题国家的饲料成分实施了新的进口要求。在从特定国家进口前，要确定产品要求一份进口许可证及指令的执行条件，且需要满足进口许可证的要求。这些条件包括缓解此类产品受非洲猪瘟病毒感染风险的热处理及/或保存时间(取决于相关产品)。
加拿大扩大了该措施所涉及的地区或国家名单，包括了菲律宾和韩国。更新名单注明如下：
