All produces in the list of CCC should get the certificate before get in to the China market. The Certification basis of telecommunications terminal equipment is ‘CNCA—08C—031:2001 Implementation rules for compulsory certification of telecommunications terminal equipment’. This implementation rules provides the Scope, certification model, major process of certification, general requirements of certification, certificate and Regulation on the use of the mark.
In this rule, telecommunication terminal equipment is defined here as those telecommunication equipments connected at the ends of public telecommunication network for providing sending and receiving functions to subscribers.

Testing items of telecommunications terminal equipment include safety, Lighting, EMC. GB19483 only apply to cordless telephone, YD1032 only apply to GSM mobile terminal, GB 19484.1 only apply to CDMA mobile terminal.

The certified products covered by this Rule may not apply China Compulsory Certification mark, if the mark set up by the Chinese Ministry of Information Technology (MIIT), which identify the product meet the requirements of both China Compulsory Product Certification System and Net-Access License, has been applied.
The use of mark shall be comply with the requirements of CNCA and MIIT.
